About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Alliance Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that drive business growth and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a passion for collaboration and a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
a) Proactively identify and evaluate potential alliance partners aligned with our business objectives.
b) Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key alliance partners.
c) Develop and nurture long-term partnerships based on mutual trust and respect.
d) Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements that maximize value for both parties.
e) Ensure that all agreements are legally sound and aligned with company policies.
f) Develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives to achieve shared goals and drive business expansion.
g) Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.
h) Monitor and track alliance performance, including key metrics such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
i) Prepare regular reports on alliance activities and performance.
Qualifications:
a) A minimum of 1 year of experience in building and managing strategic alliances (preferred).
b) Strong understanding of business development principles and a keen eye for identifying win-win opportunities.
c) A natural collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
d) Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements.
e) Strong analytical skills to track and measure alliance performance and identify areas for improvement.
f) Excellent project management and organizational skills.
g) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
h) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
