HR Lead
Skills : Strong understanding of recruitment and placement process. Support management and staff in their day-to-day business activities.
Ensure efficient and proper management of resources and operational risk control measures.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in HR section and compliance.
- Must be able to manage a team.
- Hiring candidates to different locations. Track and identify prospective candidates job using a different channels.
- Review resumes and applications
- Planning and follow up for placements
- Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs. arrange jobs, manage student CVs
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit etc.
- Shortlist candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Close the different hiring requirements in the shortest time possible.
- Manage the HR/Placement resources effectively.
- Experience in Placement management is a plus.
