Software Implementation & Support Engineer

Software Implementation & Support Engineer plays a key customer‑facing role responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, enhancement, and ongoing support of software solutions. This position serves as a bridge between clients, project managers, and engineering teams - translating business needs into actionable technical tasks while delivering a seamless and high‑quality customer experience. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, support implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships. By providing proactive communication, technical assistance, and user guidance, the engineer ensures clients receive effective solutions, timely support, and continuous value from the software.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to implement software solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Work with different team members to gather requirements, clarify expectations, create development tasks, and address software‑related concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by acting as a reliable, responsive, and solution‑focused point of contact.
• Provide end‑to‑end software support, including diagnosing and assisting in resolving functional and technical issues faced by customers.
• Perform log analysis and support the identification of real‑time application issues impacting user experience.
• Document issues and resolutions thoroughly, ensuring timely and transparent communication with customers.
• Execute SQL queries and assist with database configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as a central liaison between project managers, clients, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth and efficient information flow.
• Facilitate customer meetings, manage follow‑ups, and maintain consistent visibility into progress and next steps.
• Support clients with software setup, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user documentation to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with security and data‑protection standards during implementation and support activities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on reported issues, enhancement requests, and overall project progress.

Experience:
• Project coordination, software development, testing or support
• Working with technical or product teams
• Understanding of basic web application concepts (IIS, .NET, SQL, APIs, etc.)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to guide small teams or take initiative in coordinating tasks

Technical Knowledge:
• Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
• AWS, Azure and cloud services.
• ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript.
• REACT, MongoDB, Express.JS and Node JS.

Location: Infopark Kochi, Muvattupuzha or Hybrid (limited)
