About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEO, social media management, demand generation, and paid campaign execution, especially in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to support pipeline growth through organic and paid initiatives, manage content-led campaigns, and contribute to brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute demand generation activities to support lead generation and marketing pipeline goals.
2. Manage and execute social media calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
3. Create, coordinate, and publish content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaign assets.
4. Optimize website and blog content for SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility across Google and AI search platforms.
5. Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and support off-page SEO activities such as link-building and content submissions.
6. Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
7. Support lead generation campaigns, including webinar promotions, gated content campaigns, and landing page-driven activities.
8. Track campaign performance, website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
9. Coordinate with internal teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends in B2B marketing, AI-led marketing, paid media, SEO, and content strategy.
Requirements
1. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, SEO, and/or paid campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn for B2B brand visibility and engagement.
3. Hands-on experience in SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and basic technical SEO understanding.
4. Experience in running or supporting paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
5. Strong writing and communication skills in English.
6. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign
Manager, or similar platforms.
7. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, automation, or digital transformation marketing.
2. Familiarity with lead generation workflows, email campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
3. Understanding of content repurposing and campaign-based storytelling.
4. Basic experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing platforms.
5. Exposure to ABM, webinar promotions, or event marketing would be an added advantage.
