Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and grow social media channels: Create engaging content calendars, post schedules, and community management for LinkedIn (B2B networking), Instagram (visual travel stories), Facebook (client engagement), and emerging platforms to boost brand visibility and inquiries.
2. Lead SEO initiatives: Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical audits for websites focused on study abroad and travel services; track rankings and implement strategies to improve organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
3. Build and manage a content team: Recruit, train, and lead 2-4 junior creators/writers (SEO content specialists) to scale output; foster collaboration via Google Workspace and align with HRMS for performance tracking.
4. Analyse performance: Monitor KPIs (engagement rates, conversion funnels, ROI), generate monthly reports, and iterate strategies to reduce client acquisition costs in the competitive travel sector.

Qualifications & Experience
1.6+ years in social media management and SEO, ideally in travel/tourism, education consultancy, or B2B services; proven track record building pages from scratch.
2. Expertise in platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, Facebook Insights) and SEO tools; hands-on with content creation (Canva, CapCut) and analytics.
3. Team-building experience: Successfully hired/trained small digital teams in fast-paced settings.
4. Willingness to build from ground zero, work UK shifts (evenings IST), and travel occasionally for shoots/events.

Preferred Skills
• Strong in Indian digital marketing trends, multilingual content (English, Hindi, Malayalam for Kerala base).

Responsibilities:
