We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of full-stack development experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, leading a small team, and attending all client meetings for requirement discussions, demos, and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Build scalable and reusable UI components using React.js, Hooks, Angular, and Redux.
3. Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Manage and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations.
5. Lead and mentor junior developers within the team.
6. Attend client meetings to gather requirements, present demos, and share technical updates.
7. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and project management teams.
8. Use Docker for basic containerization and deployment workflows.
9. Troubleshoot issues and optimize overall application performance.
10. Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
11. Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
Requirements Technical Skills
1. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, Angular, Redux/Redux Toolkit.
3. Experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Proficiency in MongoDB and Mongoose (schemas, queries, aggregations).
5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Experience with Docker for containerization and basic deployments.
7. Strong understanding of Git/GitHub version control.
8. Experience in developing and maintaining full-stack MERN applications.
9. Ability to build scalable and reusable UI components.
10. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
11. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
12. Experience with code reviews and adherence to best practices.

Education
