Pre-Sales Consultant (3+yrs)

LLM-powered offerings, we are looking for a dynamic Presales Consultant to lead our technical sales
cycle. You will be the bridge between our engineering excellence and our clients' visions—owning the
technical discovery, crafting winning RFP/RFQ responses, delivering high-stakes solution
presentations to global stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions
● Strategic Solutioning: Partner with the global sales team to dissect complex client challenges
and architect bespoke AI/LLM-driven solutions that drive transformative business value.
● Technical Artistry & Proposal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical response for
RFPs/RFIs and RFQs. You will author sophisticated technical proposals, whitepapers, and
SoWs that articulate the "ThoughtMinds Edge" to global stakeholders.
● High-Impact Presentations: Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and
technical pitches, proving the feasibility and superiority of our AI portfolio to C-suite and
technical evaluators alike.
● Cross-Functional Catalyst: Act as the critical bridge between Sales, Product Management,
and Engineering to ensure our AI product roadmap is aligned with high-value market
demands and emerging client needs.
● Industry Authority: Maintain a deep-seated mastery of the AI/ML landscape and competitor
ecosystems, using these insights to refine and sharpen our global presales strategy.
● Strategic Client Advisory: Serve as the "Technical North Star" for our clients, building
long-term trust and ensuring absolute technical alignment from initial discovery through to
the final handshake.
Key Requirements
● Proven Track Record: minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or
Technical Consulting within a high-growth IT services firm.
● Communication Mastery: An exceptional ability to "translate" complex technical
architectures into simplified, value-driven narratives for both developers and executive
decision-makers.
● Solution Craftsmanship: Extensive experience in meticulous requirement gathering and
solution positioning, ensuring every proposal is a tailored fit for the client.
● Documentation Excellence: Expert-level proficiency in drafting Technical Proposals,
Statements of Work (SoWs), and winning RFP/RFI responses that stand out in a competitive
global market.
