What We Are Looking For

• A degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant, ideally with AMS or enterprise systems
• Good understanding of asset management lifecycle.
• Experience in collaborating with different teams and managing expectations.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Team Lead to join our dynamic team to work for an offshore project. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS, specializing in design, development, and customization of Oracle EBS modules. The role will involve working with Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow, to develop and enhance solutions within the Oracle EBS environment. A strong technical background, coupled with functional knowledge in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA), is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customization & Extension Development: Lead Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions to Oracle EBS based on business requirements.
• System Integration: Lead integration efforts between Oracle EBS and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical expertise.

Role Purpose

1. Gap Analysis & Requirements Gathering
