Academic Associate (Operations) - (Preferring Freshers)

Dear Applicant,

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong command of the English language and the ability to handle international clients to join our team as an Academic Associate.

Job Description:

• Strong problem solving and client interaction skills, and ability to work in result-oriented team
environment.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and
recommending new opportunities.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects. Researching and analyzing sales options.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals.
• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants.
• Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event.
• Deal with customer complaints or issues.
• Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating
correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.
• Being an active member in supporting the collective well-being of the organization and team, to provide
quality educational service worldwide.

Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our company’s day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and government liaison activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, multitasking ability, and readiness to travel for official duties.

Experience : 3 to 5 year

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate Books of Accounts

Ensure compliance with government and statutory regulations

Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and reconciliations

Prepare monthly and yearly budgets, financial statements, and cost control reports

Handle client payment tracking and invoicing (B2B)

Verify employee and tutor salaries (Domestic & Foreign)

Manage petty cash, vouchers, payment invoices, and office purchases

Handle Softex documentation and EDPMS (SEZ) filings

Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies

Manage contracts, agreements, FIRC, CPA, MOU records

Ensure timely payments for subscriptions, salaries, and statutory dues

Coordinate with the CA team for audits, GST filing, TDS, and PT computation

Maintain and manage loan accounts, assets, and stationery inventory

Support management with custom financial reports as needed

Key Skills & Requirements:
Solid knowledge of Financial & Cost Accounting

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books (added advantage)

Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt to regulatory changes

Prior experience with statutory compliance, taxation, and internal audits

Must be comfortable with field visits to government offices
