IT Administrator
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Information Security process abd, ManageEngine, EDR solutions, firewalls, CCTV systems, Active Directory, hypervisors, and ISO compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining and securing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Infrastructure Management:
a) Maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
b) Plan and implement upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
c) Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other critical infrastructure components.
d) Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
e)Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
2) Security:
a) Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data and intellectual property.
b) Manage user access controls and permissions.
c) Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
3) Technical Support:
a) Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
b) Document IT processes and procedures.
c) Train end-users on new technologies and software.
4) Project Management:
a) Lead and manage IT projects, from planning to implementation.
b) Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
c) Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
3. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
4. Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
5. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, with a strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
Good to have:
1. Good knowledge of Information Security / ISO compliance and documentation.
2. Proficiency in ManageEngine, EDR solutions, firewalls, CCTV systems, and hypervisors.

Certifications (Preferred):
