We’re looking for a highly creative and visually driven Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, color, motion, and experimental design. This role is perfect for someone who loves pushing creative boundaries, understands modern visual culture, and can transform ideas into engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with colors, compositions, transitions, and creative ideas while paying close attention to detail and brand style. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, go beyond basic templates, and create videos that tell a strong visual story across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, ads, reels, YouTube, and branded content
Experiment with color grading, visual styles, motion graphics, and creative transitions
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual concepts and storytelling formats
Understand design composition, layouts, pacing, and visual flow using tools like Canva and other creative platforms
Create visually appealing content aligned with current trends and platform-specific styles
Work with AI-powered video creation and enhancement tools to speed up workflows and improve creativity
Incorporate sound design, typography, effects, and animations to enhance audience engagement
Stay updated with the latest editing trends, creative techniques, and AI innovations in video production

Requirements:
Strong passion for creativity, visual storytelling, and experimental editing
Proficiency in popular video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience using AI video tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney / similar creative AI tools
Good understanding of color theory, motion design, typography, and composition
Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to every project
Knowledge of social media trends and short-form content styles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Portfolio showcasing creative editing work is mandatory

Bonus Skills:
Motion graphics and animation experience
Knowledge of cinematic storytelling techniques
Experience creating viral or trend-based content
Photography or cinematography background
Basic understanding of branding and marketing psychology

Project Manager

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The candidate should ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations while coordinating with internal teams and international clients. Ideal candidate should have experience in website, eCommerce, app, software, and UI/UX project management.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end project coordination
• Manage website, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, app development, and software development projects
• Communicate with clients for requirements, updates, and approvals
• Create project plans, timelines, and task allocations
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA team
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct daily follow-ups with internal teams
• Identify blockers and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain project documents and reports
• Ensure project quality and client satisfaction
• Support management in resource planning and project prioritization
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and business requirements
• Manage change requests and additional works by coordinating client discussions, approvals, estimations, and execution
• Monitor project budgets, team resources, timelines, and overall project progress to ensure smooth and profitable delivery

Required Skills
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Experience working with international clients across multiple time zones
• Good understanding of web and app development workflows
• Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, app development, software development, and UI/UX projects
• Experience with project management tools like Azure, ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows
• Ability to handle project scope changes and additional work requests professionally
• Understanding of project costing, profitability tracking, and resource planning

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management
• Experience in IT, digital agency, or software development preferred
• Experience handling website, eCommerce, app, software or UI/UX projects is an advantage
