Vice President -Delivery

We are looking for a senior Leader who will own end to end Business Delivery , covering sales, client delivery, account management, HR, and administration in a fast-growing SMB environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
• Own sales process, forecasting, pricing, and closures
• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, covering revenue, margins, costs.
Client Delivery & Account Management
• Ensure efficient delivery across all engagements
• Act as executive escalation point for clients
• Track delivery KPIs to Drive client retention, renewals, and account expansion
HR & People Operations
• Own workforce planning, leadership development, and succession
• Drive performance management, engagement, and retention
• Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance
Admin & Internal Operations
• Oversee governance, administration and vendors
• Ensure statutory, contractual, and internal compliance
Key Metrics
• Revenue growth & sales conversion
• Delivery quality, margins & timelines
• Client retention & CSAT
• Attrition, utilisation & productivity
• Operational cost efficiency
Experience & Profile
• 15+ years in IT services / SaaS / digital businesses
• Strong client-facing and Business acumen
• Proven leadership experience
