Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with commercial acumen and proven experience in client-facing roles, project management, and solution delivery. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end client interactions, from understanding requirements to delivering technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical and commercial solutions.
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, solution documents, and pricing models.
Coordinate between cross-functional teams – development, sales, and operations – to drive project execution.
Conduct presentations/demos to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as required.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage escalations effectively.
Work in alignment with US business hours to support client needs in real time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a techno-commercial or solution consulting role.
Strong client-facing experience, especially with international clients (preferably US-based).
Excellent project management skills with familiarity in tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in proposal writing, cost estimation, and business case preparation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently during US shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in sectors like IT services, engineering solutions, SaaS, or technical consulting.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Prior experience in remote work with global teams.
