Field Sales Agent (Female Candidates Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated female Field Sales Agent to promote and canvas our range of CRM, HRMS, and other custom software solutions. The role involves meeting potential business clients, presenting our software solutions, and converting leads into successful clients within the Ernakulam district.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit businesses and organizations to introduce our software solutions

Promote CRM, HRMS, and custom software products

Generate leads and maintain client relationships

Conduct product demonstrations and explain solution benefits

Follow up with potential clients and close sales

Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and onboarding

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or field marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel within Ernakulam district

Basic understanding of software/IT products is an advantage

Compensation:

₹40,000 Fixed Monthly Salary

Travel Allowance (TA)

Attractive incentives based on successful client closures

Preferred Skills:

Field sales experience

Client handling and relationship management

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
