Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Intern to support our Global Ecommerce team in managing online store operations and digital marketing activities. This role offers hands-on experience in eCommerce management, SEO/SEM, and online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day eCommerce platform activities

Support the execution of online marketing and promotional campaigns

Conduct research on eCommerce trends and competitors

Help implement basic SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic

Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing assets

Monitor website performance and assist in preparing monthly reports

Support quality checks on product pages and checkout processes

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO/SEM

Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus

Good communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Digital Marketing Executive

Hotpack is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Global Delivery Center in Cochin. The ideal candidate will support digital marketing initiatives for the UAE market and will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and e-commerce teams to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce marketing activities, ensuring better conversion and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.

Experience working with Shopify is an added advantage.

Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Job Summary:
Hotpack is seeking a highly motivated D2C E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online sales channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing e-commerce operations to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and build a strong brand presence online. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management:
Oversee and manage Hotpack’s D2C webstore

Ensure seamless functionality, navigation, and user experience across all digital sales channels.

Monitor website performance, analyze traffic, and optimize for conversions.

Sales & Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to drive online revenue growth.

Manage promotions, pricing, and product placement to maximize sales.

Identify new opportunities for expanding the D2C business.

Conduct competitor and market studies to improve sales and brand awareness.

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
Work closely with marketing teams to execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.

Optimize paid ad campaigns to enhance ROAS and customer retention.

Customer Experience & Retention:
Improve customer journey and checkout experience.

Develop loyalty programs, personalized offers, and automated email/WhatsApp marketing strategies.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in D2C brands.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

Hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, MS Clarity and CRM tools.

Understanding of SEO, email automation, and customer retention strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
