Job Description

We are hiring an ERP Implementation Coordinator to be deployed at a medical retail chain for supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of an ERP system developed by our organization. The role focuses on business coordination, communication, and requirement understanding, acting as a bridge between the client’s management and users, and the ERP development and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the medical retail company and the ERP vendor team.
Coordinate ERP implementation, rollout, and day-to-day operational support across branches and departments.
Understand business requirements from management and users and coordinate required ERP changes, features, and reports.
Assess the necessity and priority of requests and follow up with the ERP development team until closure.
Coordinate ERP training and support smooth user adoption.
Prepare, consolidate, and generate MIS and ad-hoc reports using ERP data and Excel or similar tools.
Prepare, validate, and upload data for migration and ongoing data updates using ERP utilities.
Provide first-level ERP support and coordinate issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal IT, network, and hardware teams to ensure system, network, and hardware health.
Ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations across all locations.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Good understanding of medical/pharma retail operations (billing, inventory, batch & expiry tracking, compliance).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data consolidation.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and retail workflows.

Preferred

Experience working with ERP vendors or third-party software teams.

We are looking for a skilled VB.NET Developer specifically for ERP project development and support. The ideal candidate will work on building, customizing, and maintaining ERP desktop modules, ensuring performance, reliability, and smooth client operations.
