Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

Onboarding & Documentation
• Support employee onboarding and HR induction
• Prepare and manage employee files and HR documentation
• Assist in issuing HR letters and official communications

HR Operations
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Support payroll coordination by sharing accurate data
• Update and manage employee databases and HRMS

Employee Coordination
• Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events

Compliance & Support

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Manager to support and manage day-to-day Human Resources functions while working closely with management. Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Employee Relations
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address HR-related concerns and grievances

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

Position: Senior Java Developer

Quality Analyst

Position: Quality Analyst
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Location: Infopark-Kochi
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from office)

Role Description:
• Analyze, test, and validate ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and SQL queries to validate data transformations.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Validate incremental and full-load data processing.
• Validate inbound and outbound file processing (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.).
• Perform integrity checks to ensure completeness and correctness of processed files.
• Monitor and troubleshoot file ingestion failures.
• Ensure successful integration of files into databases.

Technical Competencies:
• Hands-on experience with ETL testing tools
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with file processing (CSV, XML, JSON) and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with scripting languages
