Key Responsibilities

Creative Design
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print
materials, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop visually compelling branding materials, including logos, style guides, and promotional content.

Brand Consistency
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual assets.

Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create assets that align with strategic goals.
• Interpret project briefs and provide innovative design solutions.

Project Management

Software Expertise

Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Requirements

Contribute to the Product Vision and Roadmap:

Define and continuously develop the product vision and business value in alignment with business owners, product managers, and agile teams.

Support Product Features Definition (Scoping):

Lead the definition and prioritization of features or user stories based on customer needs and market demands, with support from the Agile team.

Ensure coherent prioritization and product alignment across teams, including business owners, UX, and other product groups.

Reprioritize features and user stories backlogs before each release and sprint planning session.
