Junior Video Editor – Social Media & Performance Marketing

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Junior Video Editor (Immediate Joiner) who can produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns. The role involves creating fast-paced, scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, dynamic captions, and trend-based editing styles. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and conversion-focused video content, and be able to work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-engagement short-form videos (Reels/Ads)
• Create strong hooks within the first 3–5 seconds
• Add captions, motion graphics, and sound effects
• Use fast-paced cuts, zooms, and transitions
• Optimize videos for multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creatives
• Ensure content is engaging and conversion-focused

Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (text animations & motion graphics)
• Ability to create fast-paced, high-engagement short-form videos (Reels/Ads style)
• Skilled in quick cuts, zoom effects, jump cuts, and dynamic captions
• Good sense of hooks, storytelling, and trend-based editing
• Experience syncing music, sound effects, and visuals
• Basic color correction and audio editing

Education
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Media, Film, or related field, or self-taught with a strong portfolio.

Experience
0–6 months (Freshers welcome); internship/freelance experience preferred with a strong portfolio of short-form videos (Reels/Ads).
