Senior PHP Developer - Laravel

This role involves full-stack development using Laravel, with a strong focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability of web applications. The responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, handling API integrations, and leveraging cloud services—primarily AWS. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery. Duties

Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using Laravel with seamless front-end/back-end integration.
Manage e-commerce platforms and implement robust API integrations for performance and scalability.
Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.
Identify and execute performance enhancements, staying updated with evolving web and e-commerce trends.
Lead and mentor development teams, if required, oversee code quality, and support project execution using tools like Trello.
Provide timely technical support for critical issues and maintain high system availability.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to align development with business goals.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and contribute to regular progress updates.



Additional Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising team members as per client policies.


Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant certifications in PHP, Laravel, or AWS are a plus, but not mandatory.
5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development with strong hands-on expertise in Laravel and PHP.
Proficiency in developing and managing e-commerce platforms and integrating third-party APIs.
Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS, including deployment, scaling, and security practices.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues independently.
Advanced proficiency in tools and technologies such as JavaScript, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and version control systems like Git.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members while also contributing independently in a fast-paced environment.

Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure; also, to collaborate with clients and other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem on the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and manage Cloud infrastructure on Public and Private Cloud.
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
Improve reliability, quality, and availability of services offered.
Measure and optimize system performance and get ahead of customer needs.
Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications.
Develop and maintain configuration management solutions.
Troubleshooting incidents and documenting the knowledge base.
Work hand-in-hand with the build team on complex issues or changes.
Manage & schedule quarterly system updates and patching.
Ensure backups are available to recover in the event of any disaster.
Identify and implement the scope of automation in the project.
Communicate effectively and be a team player.

Requirements

2- 4 years of hands-on experience on Public Clouds: AWS and Azure.
Good knowledge of the major AWS/Azure technologies and associated components and variations.
Experience in AWS/Azure networking, security, Autoscaling, Load balancers, Firewalls, Database and monitoring components.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages: Python / Perl / Bash.
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers.
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers.
Proficiency in configuring services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP etc.
Familiarity with configuration management tools, like Ansible, Terraform etc
Basic understanding of containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, Azure AKS.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts.
