Senior Java Backend Developer

Your Mission:
• You develop, extend, and maintain our Java products within a Scrum team.
• You cooperate closely with Frontend Developers, Product Management, Project Management, QA, Support, and Sales.
• You coach, provide feedback, and share your knowledge with your team.
• You use the right tools for the job, guided by your analytical skills to align with customer requirements.

Your Profile:
• You are a fast learner with a degree in Software Engineering or related fields.
• You have profound knowledge of Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST, and SQL.
• You have experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Multithreading, Memory Management, Performance Analysis, and Memory Analysis.
• You have built web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

Windows Administrator

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Kochi, India
Work Mode: Fully Work from Office

Your Mission:
• Provide support for existing Windows clients and office infrastructure (including printers, Wi-Fi, and VPN).
• Manage the technical onboarding of new employees, including credential setup and workstation configuration.
• Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours.
• Implement system updates, patches, and version upgrades in line with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
• Maintain the IT assets and inventory management
• Fix minor hardware issues (recabling, laptop cleaning, fan replacement, battery change)
• Handling vendor contact for purchases and service requests
• Assistance with license management
• Deploy new Windows clients using network deployment solutions (SCCM)

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
