Essential Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with product management and business analysts to understand product requirements to determine technical design and development plan
- Excellent knowledge of the methodologies, tools and products commonly utilized in within Information Technology industry, with in-depth experience in multiple areas of specialization
- Work on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to task
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Writing scalable code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic
- Assessing and prioritizing feature requests
- Integrating data storage solutions
- Optimizing existing databases to improve functionality, performance, and flexibility

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Experience in Python application development
- Strong knowledge of Django / Flask

- Experience with SQL/Postgres is an advantage
- C++ experience is a plus
- Understanding of the threading and multi-process architecture is a plus

Software Test Engineer : Experienced (Automation)

We are looking for Software Test Engineers to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

The Test Engineers role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Review the requirements and develop appropriate test cases, to attain 100% test coverage
•Perform Sanity, Functional, System, Integration Testing in the product to Report defects
•Effective co-ordination with the team
•Adhere to the process flow and ensure minimal bug leakage
•Great interpersonal and communication skill

Qualifications/Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years of experience as Test Engineer.

Senior Backend Engineer (Python & Node.js)

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance systems while mentoring a growing team of engineers. This role requires a technical authority who can bridge the gap between strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring all solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews to enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers through technical challenges and personalized growth plans.

Architecture & System Design
- Own the backend architecture, designing scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Implement event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming pipelines.
- Translate complex product requirements into robust technical designs and execution plans.

Hands-on Development
- Maintain high individual output (approx. 70-80% coding/architecture) by building mission-critical modules.
- Develop and oversee RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks (e.g., Express, Fast API, Django).
- Perform performance profiling to identify bottlenecks in the event loop or database queries.
- ML AND AI integration

Collaboration & Quality
- Partner with Product Managers, DevOps, and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Drive CI/CD automation, TDD, and rigorous testing standards to ensure production readiness.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–12 years in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Core Languages: Expert proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and messaging patterns like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Databases: Hands-on expertise with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems.
- Infrastructure: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services (ECS, Lambda, S3).
