Key Responsibilities:

1. Presales Engagement:
- Lead presales calls with customers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

2. ERP Development:
- Provide excellent knowledge and hands-on expertise in developing ERP systems using Python or PHP Laravel.
- Ensure ERP solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.


3. Mobile Application Development:
- Oversee and guide teams in mobile application development projects.
- Ensure seamless integration between mobile apps and backend systems.

4. System Design and Estimation:
- Develop detailed system designs that meet project requirements and business goals.
- Provide accurate effort and cost estimation for projects during presales and planning phases.

5. Digital Technology Expertise:
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends.
- Leverage knowledge of various digital technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.

6. Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with goals.



Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Strong technical expertise in Python or PHP Laravel for ERP development.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital technologies and their applications.
- Experience in system design and effort estimation for complex projects.
- Hands-on experience in mobile application lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high quality.

Job Requirements (Finance):



M.COM, MBA etc. with relevant knowledge in Finance & Accounting
Any certification related to accounts is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Oracle Technologies (Advantage).
Excellent Communication Skills. One of the major duties of an Oracle functional consultant is to manage the complete lifecycle of Oracle implementation. This starts from understanding the business processes of an organization till Go Live of the Project and Post Go Live support.
Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

· Work under the direction of the Manager to provide application and workflow solutions for assigned business area(s).



· Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
