We are seeking a professional Tele calling Executive to assist in reaching out to potential students who are interested in overseas education. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing information about our services, answering queries, and booking appointments for counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective students to introduce our consultancy services and promote our overseas education programs.
Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students, understand their study abroad goals, and convert leads into appointments for counseling.
Answer Inquiries: Respond to student queries via phone, email, or messaging apps related to courses, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
Maintain CRM: Update and manage the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date student information and call notes.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide students through the application process.
Provide Support: Assist students with information about application deadlines, documentation, and the steps involved in applying to foreign universities.
Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with education counselors and other team members to ensure a smooth student experience from inquiry to admission.
Performance Tracking: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the education industry is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Ability to build rapport and engage with students and parents.
Knowledge of overseas education processes and the application life cycle is a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, Website Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation. preferably within the education or international student recruitment sector.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of international student recruitment trends, especially targeting students from India looking to study in the UK. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-performing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve our online visibility, and drive targeted traffic to our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
* Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
* Create, monitor, and optimize lead generation funnels across digital platforms
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Job Description

* Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
* Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake
* Training and regular knowledge upskilling of the team
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
* Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
* Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
* Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process
* Assist with the student visa process.
* Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities in UK as per their profile.
* Responsible for prompt reply to students’ queries and solve the queries of students / universities through Emails and call.
* Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities
* Assisting the students with the application process of universities in UK
* Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
* Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
* Ensuring the compliance of the process and systems in the office
* Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
* Participating in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, university visits.
