System Engineer-L2

Work Experience: 2-4years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi
Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain various Windows Server operating systems
• Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server (on-prem and/or hybrid)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services including user account, license, and mailbox management
• Administer and monitor Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments
• Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including system software and
application configurations
• Perform backup operations and develop/execute disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Execute and support Level 1 network-related tasks, escalating where appropriate
• Manage and maintain various applications/tools like RMM, Ticketing, IT Documentation, EDR etc.

Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware platforms
• Backup and disaster recovery experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Tools (RMM/Ticketing/Documentation/Backup)

Professional Skills:
• Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
• Relevant certification would be a plus

Essential requirement:

System Engineer- L3

Work Experience: 6+ years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi
Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage Windows Desktop OS Windows Server OS infrastructure in multi-site
environments
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server (on-prem and hybrid)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including email, licensing, and advanced configuration
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management
• Lead and support Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms, including high availability and clustering
• Design, deploy, and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
• Develop backup strategy and Perform test backup and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and cloud issues; serve as the final escalation point for L1/L2
engineers
• Basic administration of Firewall
• Write Scope of Work Documents for infrastructure projects
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with IT standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security, networking, and infrastructure projects
• Mentor junior engineers and document technical procedures and solutions

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware, including performance tuning and failover clusters
• Experience managing workloads in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, VMs, networking, storage)
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both on-prem and cloud environments
• Ability to lead projects, write documentation, and contribute to process improvement
• Proficiency in Tools (RMM/Ticketing/Documentation/Backup)

Linux System Engineer

Work Experience: 2-5 Years
Work Location: Kochi

Responsibilities
• Installation and configuration of Linux distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian.
• Knowledge of essential network services such as DNS, NFS, LDAP/Kerberos, NTP, send mail/postfix/etc., and OpenSSH
• Performing systems administration, maintenance, and engineering in multiple large enterprise server environments (Linux, Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
• Monitoring performance of Linux servers.
• Monitoring of Linux servers using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios.
• Monitoring for vulnerabilities and applying of necessary patches for vulnerabilities.
• Configuration of backups using Veeam and wasabi.
• Monitoring of backup using tools such as backup radar.
• Knowledge in bash scripting
• Manage in-house developed applications that run on the Linux systems.
• Knowledge in installation of SSL certificates in Linux systems.
• Knowledge in Apache, Nginx, Jboss, Tomcat.
• Knowledge in web hosting.
• Knowledge in Cloudflare, GoDaddy.
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Digital Ocean.
• Knowledge in VMware
• Knowledge in Webhosting tools such as cPanel/ Plesk /Webmin
• Installation of operating systems through IDRAC
• Knowledge in MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB/MongoDB.
