# Responsibilities

- Define and drive solution architecture across multiple projects, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Provide architectural oversight and hands-on technical guidance across CMS platforms, UI frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
- Translate business objectives and functional requirements into clear architectural blueprints and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Engineering teams to support pre-sales discussions, technical estimations, and structured solutioning.
- Review and validate key technical decisions, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and long-term maintainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence, discipline, and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend pragmatic adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
- Champion engineering best practices including code quality, DevOps standards, CI/CD governance, and architectural consistency.
- Contribute to strengthening engineering processes that improve predictability, scalability, and delivery quality.
- Represent technical expertise confidently in client engagements and stakeholder discussions.
- Balance multiple initiatives while maintaining strong organisational discipline and architectural integrity.

# Qualifications

- 9 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience providing architectural leadership and mentoring engineering teams and following a structured, proactive, and disciplined leadership approach.
- Strong architectural expertise across CMS platforms, UI frameworks, Web APIs, PHP, .NET, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent client-facing experience with the ability to confidently present and defend technical decisions.
- Solid experience with Cloud-native architectures, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Experience contributing to technology strategy and roadmap planning.
- Exposure to scaling engineering practices across multiple teams.

Senior TechOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior TechOps Engineer who combines strong Cloud and Infrastructure expertise with a proactive approach to automation, reliability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with architects, developers, and delivery teams to build and maintain scalable environments that support high-performing applications..

# Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based environments across development, staging, and production using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Set up and manage highly available, scalable, and secure server infrastructures following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks before they impact production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system reliability.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement automation tools and operational practices to improve deployment speed, consistency, and efficiency.
- Enforce security best practices, including firewall rules, VPN access, secrets management, and data protection.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing operational insights and technical support.
- Demonstrate strong process discipline, ownership, and accountability in day-to-day infrastructure and operational management.

# Qualifications

- At lest 4 years of experience in a TechOps, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of Cloud architecture concepts, including virtualization, orchestration, scalability, and availability.
- Strong experience with Docker and container-based application deployment.
- Working knowledge of web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
- Experience with DNS management, networking fundamentals, and cloud networking concepts.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience working with firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure-level security controls.
- Good understanding of security trends, vulnerabilities, and operational best practices.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or AWS CodeCommit.
- Experience setting up and managing monitoring and alerting tools.
