Talent Acquisition Executive-IT

We are looking for a skilled, experienced HR candidate to oversee our end-to-end recruitment cycle. To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of IT and general Technology awareness, work closely with the stakeholders and managers, develop long-term recruiting strategies, and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify resource skill needs and candidate selection criteria.
Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or audio/video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Assist in HR Administrative activities, Employee Onboarding, and Statutory filings
Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Preparing and maintaining HR documents.
Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements and skills

At least 2 years of proven work experience as an IT recruiter.
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process (360 Degree/End to End).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Possess good pre-screening skills to understand the relevant/hands-on skills possessed by the applicant/source.
Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Familiarity with the job boards like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, Mass mailer campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MBA in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree with experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
A positive, can-do attitude.

Software Test Engineers / Software Testers

Software Test Engineers / Software Testers

Job Responsibilities:
• Software manual Testing and related activities in a web-based application environment.
• To work closely in an Agile development team environment and meet release plan schedules and patch management
• Developing and implementing test plans, test strategy, test cases, and test reports for various testing, like, regression, functional & performance testing.
• Recording and tracking defects through a Web-based project management tool
• Setting up and following procedures for bug/issues/defects
• Responsible for testing all software products/projects.
• May need to work in flexible time to attend US/Europe client meetings

Technical / Functional: (Must Have skills)

• Prior experience in Testing Web-based applications / Enterprise level applications and solutions is a plus
• Experience in Manual Testing. Writing Test cases,
• Sound knowledge of STLC, software testing methodologies and procedures
• Identifying Test scenarios, creating test plans, test strategy, test cases, and execution.
• Sound understanding and developing/executing test cases in an application development environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance/testing life cycle Process is a plus
• Should have at MINIMUM 1+ years’ experience in developing AND executing test cases in a client-driven environment.
• Experience in using any bug-tracking tool.

Preferred skills

• Sound knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures
• Hands-on skills in Selenium / JMeter / UFT automation tools in a live environment is a plus
• Ability to write scripts in Java or VB Script is an advantage
• Basic SQL concepts and query writing
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to think ‘OUT OF THE BOX’

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.C.A./BCA/BSc. with Diploma in software testing or quality assurance.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Software Application Development in an Agile Product development environment for niche domains/verticals.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 1 - 4 years of software application development experience in Microsoft Technologies
• Hands-on experience in ASP.net, C# development
• Experience in Web API, Integration Services, Rest API is an advantage.
• Experience in Telerik RAD controls, and Telerik Reporting is a plus.
• Experience in Web Forms is an advantage.
• Experience in working with MS-SQL Server (Query, Functions, Stored procedures, optimization)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
• General understanding or development exposure in SAAS / Cloud-based applications
