Job Summary:
Nesa Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 1–2+ years of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, B2B Marketing, ERP/SaaS Solutions, and Enterprise Product Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting enterprise software solutions, and driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. The role requires strong communication skills, client relationship management abilities, and willingness to travel for client meetings and field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Software & IT Service Sales
* Promote and sell enterprise software products and IT services to corporate clients.
* Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
2. Client Meetings & Product Demonstrations
* Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations effectively.
* Coordinate client visits and maintain professional customer interactions.
3. Field Marketing & Business Development
* Carry out field marketing activities to generate business opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Participate in networking events, business meetings, and promotional activities.
4. Corporate Client Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
* Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements efficiently.
5. Lead Generation & Sales Closure
* Generate qualified leads through marketing and business development activities.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales.
* Prepare reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in Software/IT Sales or B2B Marketing.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in ERP/SaaS Solutions or Enterprise Product Sales is preferred.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach towards sales.
* Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
