Infopark Phase 3 is Kerala’s bold step toward a futuristic, AI-enabled Tech City built to global standards. Designed as an integrated township, it balances work, life, and sustainability with dedicated zones for IT, residential, commercial, education, healthcare, culture, urban farming, transport, utilities, and conservation. Spanning 300+ acres, it will deliver 20 million sq. ft. of IT space, create 2 lakh+ jobs, and operate as a carbon-negative, water-positive, zero-waste city — developed through a land pooling model in collaboration with the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA).
