Performance Marketing Intern

Role: - Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Infopark Phase 2, Kakkanad


We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing and customer acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign analysis, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

· Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports

· Help track marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions

· Assist with landing page and funnel performance analysis

· Support CRM and email marketing workflows

· Coordinate with the creative team for ad requirements

· Research trends and opportunities across Meta, YouTube, X, and Reddit

Requirements

· Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

· Strong interest in digital and performance marketing

· Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads

· Good analytical and communication skills

· Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets

· Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

· Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, tracking, or CRM tools

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends

· Previous internship, freelance, or project experience is a plus

Internship Details

· Duration: 3–6 months

· Location: Remote / Hybrid

· Stipend: Competitive, based on skills and experience
