Program Manager (10-15 Years)
We are looking for Program Managers to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
-Ability to develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans.
-Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.
-Change management skills to handle modifications in project scope, schedule, or costs.
-Risk management expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
-Resource planning and allocation experience to ensure optimal use of team and external vendor resources.
-Strong capability to measure and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and other tracking metrics.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
-Ability to manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
-Skills in facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.
-Experience in escalating issues effectively and providing actionable solutions to management.
-Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to address project challenges.
-Ability to assess technical feasibility and make informed decisions on project objectives.
-Familiarity with verification and quality assurance techniques to ensure deliverables meet standards.
-Analytical skills to monitor project metrics, budgets, and performance indicators.
-Strong documentation skills for project plans, reports, and stakeholder communications.
-Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, timelines, risk registers, and change logs.
