Business Central Functional Consultant Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated trainees who are interested in building a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). As an MB-800 trainee, you will receive hands on training on Business Central functional areas including finance, sales, purchase, inventory, and user management.

Responsibilities / Duties:

1. Learn and understand the core modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Assist consultants in system setup, configuration, and testing.
3. Support data entry, migration, and validation tasks.
4. Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
5. Participate in live or demo project implementations.
6. Assist in user creation, permission management, workflows, and reporting.
7. Support end-users and troubleshoot functional issues under supervision.
8. Continuously update knowledge through MB-800 certification training and practice.
9. Managing client communications and delivering comprehensive support services.



Required Qualifications:

1. Education: B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance / Operations / Systems preferred).
2. Language: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
3. Basic understanding of accounting and business processes.
4. Eager to learn ERP systems and technology-based business solutions.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

1. Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software, or Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
2. Interest in finance, business process management, or technology consulting.
3. Awareness of Microsoft certification MB-800 or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
