Power Apps Developer

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer with strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model
Driven Apps, Dataverse, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of 
Power Platform components and best practices to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise 
applications. A minimum of 2 years of core Power Apps project experience is required. 
 
 
Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities  
Key Responsibilities 
1. Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps solutions. 
2. Build and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and business logic. 
3. Implement and manage Power Apps CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub. 
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand Power Apps roles, permissions, and governance models. 
5. Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. 
6. Write efficient Power Fx formulas and implement business rules following best practices. 
7. Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards. 
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Platform components. 
9. To adhere to ISMS policies and procedures 
 
Job Specification / Skills and Competencies 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications 
1. Strong expertise in Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. 
2. Thorough knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security roles, and features. 
3. Hands-on experience with CI/CD for Power Apps (Azure DevOps / GitHub). 
4. Excellent understanding of Power Apps teams, security roles, and environment management. 
5. Proficiency in Power Automate flows (cloud & desktop flows). 
6. Strong command of Power Fx expressions and business rules. 
7. Awareness of Power Apps and Power Platform best practices. 
8. Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. 


Preferred Qualifications 
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL‑100, PL‑200). 
• Experience with Azure services and integrations.
