Senior HR Executive(3+ years)
Armia is looking for Senior HR Executive to lead end-to-end human resources functions for a fast-paced, support-driven organization. The role requires managing a workforce, a team of engineers operating in a 24×7 shift environment, while partnering closely with technical and operations leadership to improve productivity, competency, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnership
Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, operations, and technical teams
Work closely with the Technical Manager to identify skill gaps, competency issues, and performance bottlenecks, and design initiatives to improve productivity and service quality
Support workforce planning aligned with operational and technical requirements
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Handle end-to-end recruitment for support, technical, and operational roles
Plan and manage hiring based on shift coverage, workload, and growth plans
Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction programs
Employee Relations & Retention
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive employee engagement, retention, and morale-building initiatives
Maintain a positive, transparent, and performance-driven work culture
Attendance, Time Office & Support
Oversee attendance management, shift rosters, leave tracking, and time office operations
Ensure accuracy of attendance and payroll-related records
Compliance & HR Administration
Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and HR documentation
Employee Welfare & Engagement
Plan and execute employee welfare, engagement, and well-being initiatives
Support initiatives focused on health, work-life balance, and employee satisfaction
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in HR operations and people management
Proven experience working with technical and operations teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience managing 24×7 shift-based teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Educational Qualification- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
