Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions using advanced AI technologies. The candidate should be passionate about solving real-world problems using data-driven approaches and modern AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Learning & Deep Learning Development
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build AI solutions for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Analyze, preprocess, and prepare datasets for model training and testing.
• Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Research & Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Explore new technologies and techniques to improve AI capabilities and workflows.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions for AI-driven applications.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and developers to deliver AI solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical needs.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and model deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
