Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of proven experience in IT Sales and Software Service Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software services landscape and a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software services domain.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling.
Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decision-makers.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, project delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3-4 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in software services or SaaS.
Strong knowledge of the IT/software development lifecycle and service delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
