About the Role
Developing an advanced AI-powered NCLEX preparation platform for the US nursing market. We are looking for a highly proficient English Language Expert to review, validate, and improve AI-generated educational content, videos, and learning materials to ensure they meet US English and healthcare communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Review AI-generated video scripts, voiceovers, subtitles, and educational content
* Identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language inconsistencies
* Verify pronunciation accuracy based on standard American English (US Accent)
* Ensure AI-generated content is natural, professional, and easy to understand for US nursing students
* Review nursing and NCLEX-related educational videos for language quality and clarity
* Work closely with AI content developers, nursing experts, and product teams
* Improve content readability, learner engagement, and educational effectiveness
* Validate captions, transcripts, quiz content, and study materials
* Maintain quality standards across all AI-generated learning resources
* Provide detailed feedback and correction reports to the production team
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, Education, or related fields
* Excellent command of written and spoken American English
* Strong understanding of grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and content editing
* Experience in proofreading, content review, copy editing, or instructional content development
* Familiarity with AI-generated content review is an added advantage
* Experience with educational technology, e-learning, or video content production preferred
Additional Advantages
* Nursing background or healthcare industry experience
* Experience working with NCLEX preparation content
* Nurse Educator or Medical Content Reviewer experience
* Understanding of US healthcare terminology and nursing concepts
* Exposure to US education standards and learning methodologies
