Sales & Admin Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to support business development activities while managing administrative operations. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, sales support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
Support the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closure
Schedule and attend client meetings/calls along with the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and agreements
Track sales pipeline, lead status, and conversions
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Sales Coordination
Maintain and update CRM, sales reports, and client databases
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead tracking
Assist management with sales reports and performance analysis
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams

Administrative Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration and documentation
Maintain records such as invoices, agreements, and company files
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers
Support HR/Admin activities (attendance tracking, onboarding coordination)
Organize meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Ensure smooth coordination across departments

Reporting & Process Management
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
Track pending tasks and ensure timely updates
Support process improvements for better efficiency

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Administration, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or client coordination
Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services
Understanding of sales pipelines and reporting
