Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Engineer / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP implementation, client coordination, business process analysis, and documentation. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating implementation activities, preparing functional documents, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end ERP implementation activities.
Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and related project documentation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide implementation support.
Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of system changes.
Create and maintain process flow documentation.
Analyze issues, coordinate resolutions with technical teams, and track progress.
Conduct user training sessions and system demonstrations for clients.
Perform requirement validation and gap analysis to ensure solution alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
Maintain project updates, reports, and implementation records using Microsoft Excel and related tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
