Sales Engineer
Position Overview
Our Solar division named "Hohberht" is looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support business development, client onboarding, and technical solution consulting. The role bridges the gap between engineering and sales by helping customers understand how Hohberht’s products/services solve real operational problems.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client discussions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, solution customization, and coordination with internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Sales Support
* Understand customer requirements and map them to Hohberht solutions.
* Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
* Support the sales team during client meetings and proposal discussions.
* Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and solution architectures.
Customer Engagement
* Interact with prospective clients to identify technical and business pain points.
* Provide pre-sales consultation and recommend suitable solutions.
* Build long-term relationships with clients through technical support and follow-ups.
Solution Development
* Work closely with engineering/product teams to customize offerings when required.
* Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
* Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and testing.
Market & Product Knowledge
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions internally.
Post-Sales Coordination
* Support onboarding and implementation activities.
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery/support teams.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Related field).
* 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or industrial sales preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
