Job Opening: Accountant (2+ Years Experience)

Salary Range: Rs.15,000 – Rs.20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, and financial compliance management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records
Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
Handle TallyPrime or other accounting software entries
Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns on time
Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Assist in audits and compliance documentation
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Practical experience in GST filing and statutory compliances
Knowledge of TDS, payroll processing, and tax-related documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling complete accounts independently
Familiarity with audit support and compliance documentation
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
