About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and project coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and driving revenue growth for our software development, web development, mobile app development, AI, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
Identify potential clients for software development, mobile apps, websites, AI solutions, and digital marketing services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and business plans.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.
Strong understanding of IT services including:
Web Development
Mobile App Development
Digital Marketing
Software Solutions
AI Solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in client handling and business development.
Ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Strong project coordination and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of proposal preparation and sales documentation.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in an IT company or digital agency.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and digital technologies.
Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing.
