Senior Full Stack Developer

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer
Experience: [5-6 Years]

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong backend-focused developer with full-stack capabilities who can design and build scalable APIs, manage databases, generate reports, and support customers. The primary strength should be in backend API development and database design, with working knowledge of frontend technologies and modern UI development tools.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs using .NET Core / .NET 5+
. Build optimized and complex LINQ queries and ensure efficient data processing
. Develop dynamic stored procedures and manage SQL Server databases
. Design scalable system architecture and backend workflows
. Integrate and work with Python-based FastAPI services where required
. Implement AI-based data extraction and automation solutions (e.g., document processing, OCR, structured data extraction)
. Provide customer support for technical issues, troubleshooting, and enhancements
. Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to UI development when needed
. Ensure API security, versioning, and performance optimization


Technical Skills Required

. Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API ,SQL Server
. Expertise in LINQ, Entity Framework / EF Core
. Strong SQL Server knowledge:
. Stored Procedures (including dynamic SPs) ,Views, Triggers
. Query optimization and indexing
. Database design and performance tuning
. Experience with RESTful API design and best practices
. Hands-on experience with Git for version control
. Experience or working knowledge of FastAPI (Python)


AI & Automation Skills (Preferred)

. Experience in AI-based data extraction (OCR, document parsing, structured data extraction)
. Familiarity with AI/ML integration in applications
. Ability to design automation workflows using AI tools


Frontend / UI Skills (Required – Working Knowledge)

. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, tailwind or any other framework
Razor / Blazor
. React.js
. Understanding of responsive UI/UX design principles
. Ability to build or modify UI screens when required


Additional Skills

. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
. Experience in report generation and data analysis
. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
. Good communication skills for customer interaction and support
. Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
. Knowledge of API security (JWT, OAuth, encryption)
. Experience with third-party integrations and microservices architecture
. Exposure to modern UI tools/frameworks and design practices
