Technical Support Executive
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding products and services.
Handle and manage tender-related activities, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with various departments to gather required technical and commercial information for tenders.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, reports, and documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure timely updates and compliance with project and tender requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any relevant discipline).
1–3 years of experience in technical support or a related role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Experience in handling or supporting tender processes is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good understanding of technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
