Business Development Executive
Role: The Business Development Executive will drive lead generation and revenue growth for the company’s IT service portfolio, including WordPress development, responsive web development (HTML, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS), mobile app development(Flutter), and web application development(ASP.NET).
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Work Location: Thapasya, Infopark Kochi/ Remote (WFH)
Employment: Permanent
Compensation: ₹25,000 per month + performance based incentives (based on target achievement - high earning potential)
Skills required:
a) Experience in lead generation, RFx handling, and email marketing
b) Strong communication and negotiation skills
c) Experience in international markets (US, Australia, Europe, Middle East)
d) Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
e) Basic understanding of IT services (Web/Mobile App Design & Development)
f) Ability to manage pipeline and meet targets
*Added Advantage: Knowledge in SEO and AI tools
Mandatory: At least 1 year experience in IT services sales with international clients
Job Description:
a) Identify and generate leads via RFx platforms, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and freelance portals
b)Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
c) Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches in collaboration with the technical team
d) Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status
e) Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads
f) Self-driven and proactive professional who can work independently and as part of a team
