Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's overall strategy, operations, and business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all departments, drive organizational performance, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and growth plans.
Oversee Development, Support, Marketing, Accounts, HR, and Business Development teams.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Ensure timely project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor business performance and implement process improvements.
Lead decision-making, financial planning, and organizational development.
Review MIS reports and ensure achievement of business targets.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and business operations.
Knowledge of financial management, project management, and performance monitoring.
Ability to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and team performance.
