HR Recruiter (Only International Recruitment Experienced)

A dynamic and fast-growing engineering company headquartered in Munich, Germany employing around 2350 employees globally across 20 project locations in 8 countries including multiple locations across the UK.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3+ years to manage end-to-end international recruitment activities across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for global hiring requirements while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international hiring requirements.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment databases.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and international stakeholders across different time zones.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
* Handle offer rollouts, documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
* Ensure compliance with international hiring policies, labor regulations, and company standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
* Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for management review.
* Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in ATS/HRMS systems.
* Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international hiring.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
* Experience working with international clients or global recruitment teams is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools and recruitment platforms.
* Experience with ATS/HRMS tools; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is good to have.
