Business Development Executive – IT Solutions Sales
Role Overview
We are looking for Business Development Executives who can drive revenue by selling high-value technology solutions.
This is a consultative sales role that requires understanding business challenges and translating them into technology-driven solutions.

Custom web and mobile applications
SaaS platforms and enterprise systems

This role involves mid to high ticket deals and requires structured thinking and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers and understand business requirements
Propose relevant technology solutions in collaboration with internal teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain and track sales pipeline through CRM systems
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
1–3 years of experience in IT or software sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and sell technical solutions at a business level
High ownership and follow-up discipline
Good to Have:
Experience with international clients
Exposure to SaaS or custom development sales
Familiarity with CRM tools
