IT Administrator – Cloud & Infrastructure

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a IT Administrator with Cloud experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure and cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for system administration, cloud operations, user access management, and ensuring secure and reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure
• Support and manage cloud environments (OCI / AWS / Azure)
• Handle user access management (Active Directory / IAM / RBAC)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
• Manage network configurations, VPNs, and firewalls
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Manage backup and recovery processes
• Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution (L2/L3 support)
• Ensure all activities follow IT policies, security standards, and change management processes
• Maintain proper documentation and audit logs

Required Skills
• Strong experience in:
o Windows Server and/or Linux administration
o Active Directory / user access management
• Hands-on experience with:
o Cloud platforms (OCI / Azure)
• Good understanding of:
o Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall)
o Backup and recovery solutions

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Administration / Infrastructure

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell / Bash)
• Cloud certifications (OCI / Azure)
