Social Media Executive (1-2 yrs)

ThoughtMinds is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to lead our digital storytelling. With around 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for building our brand presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, engaging with the global tech community, and translating our cutting-edge AI and software solutions into compelling social content.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management: Fully own and manage ThoughtMinds' presence on LinkedIn (B2B focus) and Instagram (Culture & Branding focus).

Content Strategy: Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with our recruitment goals and tech service offerings.

Copywriting: Write engaging, error-free captions and long-form LinkedIn posts that position our leadership as industry experts.

Visual Coordination: Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality reels, carousels, and infographics. (Basic hands-on skills in Canva/CapCut are a plus).

Community Building: Actively engage with followers, respond to queries, and participate in relevant tech threads to increase our organic reach.

Analytics & Growth: Track weekly performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs) and adjust strategies based on data.

Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest AI trends and social media algorithms to ensure ThoughtMinds stays ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the IT sector.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s professional ecosystem and Instagram’s visual trends.

Tech Literacy: Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts (e.g., Software Engineering, AI, Cloud) for a social audience.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with deadlines.
