UI/UX Designer (Fresher with internship experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong interest in user-centered design principles and a passion for working in software or digital product environments. Freshers and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements and user needs.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and visual standards across products.
Translate complex concepts into simple and engaging user experiences.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability findings, and business goals.
Prepare and maintain design documentation and design systems.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Freshers or candidates with internship experience in UI/UX Design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications (academic/internship projects acceptable).
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.
